CSR Comments for Ongoing Customer Event
CSRs: View comments (below) from other CSRs regarding an ongoing customer health or safety event. Also, add comments (below) to inform other CSRs of friends, family, or first responders who are calling you. CSRs, please add helpful info. such as: who called, pertinent info regarding health & medications the customer may be needing, and any known location info for the customer and/or family members. Also, include any info about where the customer may be going to get help (i.e. first responder may state that the customer will be taken to a certain nearby hospital).
